Hearts Garland

In this video tutorial I show you step by step how to make a Hearts Garland – Valentine’s Day / Party decoration ideas .

Materials :

card stock                                           
stapler
pencil
scissors

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Procedure:

1-cut a half heart shape and cut the same shape on the inside

2- do the same with other card stock colors , use the first one as a pattern.

3-in the second one cut in the bottom

4- Join and staple

5- staple the internal part of the heart in the bottom
