Flower with balloons

This is a tutorial to show you step by step how to make a decorative Flower with balloons.

Materials:

5 small balloons                                                        

1 small balloon (other color)

scotch tape

scissors

green stem wrap floral tape

or green crepe paper

pliers

2,5 meter wire

 

Procedure:

1-cut 40cm wire and fold in half

2-put wire inside the balloon and stretch

3-glue with scotch tape

4-wrap the wire with  stem wrap floral tape or green crepe paper

5-do the same with all the balloons

6-stretch the wire outwards like a petal

7-form the flower

8-join all stems with  stem wrap floral tape or green crepe paper

9-stretch the petals
